My role in People/HR space is not fixing people problems. It’s supporting a diverse culture, building systems, coaching, and collaborating with the leadership team and CEO on the people aspect. Throughout my career, I’ve built and scaled HR teams in a variety of industries and ownership types.I got into HR to make work more human, but let’s face it - humans are tricky. This job isn’t easy, but I love it!
